These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fraudcache, an IP reputation and threat intelligence service operated by Fraudcache, a company registered in the Netherlands at Hedikhuizerweg 7F, 5222 BC 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 88528251.

References to "Fraudcache," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Fraudcache.

By accessing or using Fraudcache, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Fraudcache provides IP reputation data and threat intelligence services, including:

• IP address reputation lookups
• Blocklist feeds for spam, scanners, botnets, and web attacks
• API access for automated queries
• Dispute resolution for listed IP addresses

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or fraudulent dispute claims
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service
• Redistribute our data without attribution

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Our data is aggregated from multiple sources and may contain errors. IP addresses can be incorrectly flagged, and reputation scores may not reflect current status.
